I was logging in and filling out the financial aid when I got to the last part with submitting your parents’ W2 forms
My parents only have a W7 and a 1040? Does anyone know what pages of W7 or the 1040 that I should submit for each parent?
Submit every page of any document requested, unless the instructions tell you otherwise. The W-7 is only one page anyway (do they really say that they want a copy of that?), and a 1040 is only two pages, although there could very well be accompanying schedules and forms that also need to be included. Where did the income that’s reported on the 1040 come from?
A W7 isn’t really a substitute for a W2 and I can’t imagine why Princeton would want to see a W7. I’d recommend calling the Princeton FA office for additional guidance.
