Princeton Review tutor or self study? (How to get a refund from PR?)

I enrolled in Princeton Review for an ACT prep course, but the class was canceled twice due to low enrollment. They then told my mom that I could either take an online class, or get a tutor. Princeton Review was the only ACT prep available in our area, so we decided to do tutoring… with reluctance.
The tutor and I have now met twice, and while she’s a very nice person, I don’t find myself learning much with her. (It’s possible that improving a score in the 30’s is just difficult, and I’m being unreasonable.)

Should I continue the tutoring, or try to self study?

Obviously self-study sounds better, but I don’t know if we can get a refund. They never offered it and their policies on their website suggest that getting one would be a hassle, if not impossible. Perhaps due to the fact that they canceled twice on us, and forced us to do 1 of 2 things will persuade them?

I’m at a loss. I feel like continuing the tutoring is a waste, but I don’t know how to fix this.

honestly, self studying is the best. ( if you have the motivation)

And you can definitely get the refund. Call them. Ask them about it. Getting one “would be” a hassle. BUT YOU NEED THAT MONEY BACK MAN
