Hello All,

Is anyone else using the Princeton Review book? I’ve notice a large number of serious errors in the book, and I want to know if anyone else can verify this. If there is a good amount of people using this book I can go through a detailed list of the issues I’ve come across; it would be helpful for my peace of mind at the very least!

Yes. There are errors in the answers, e.g. it says it’s B, but then goes on to say how the answer was C.

Also the online version grades incorrectly. I went through it and found multiple questions where I had answered the question correctly, and the explanation indicated I had answered correctly, but the question had been marked incorrect.

The most blatant error I saw was on p.439 where the answers for #19 and #20 are answers for #19, with no answer given to #20. Although I’m pretty sure the answer to #20 is just the last sentence in the passage.

Someone should probably catalogue the errors so people have a place reassure themselves that they aren’t insane.

I’d rather not be the one to do it though

Okay I’ll do it; just give me a day or two and I’ll post up every error I could find. Some of them are definitely flat out wrong, and for others (especially some of the reading comp) I have a “contention”, and its those that it would be really helpful to have multiple opinions on.

If you register your book to access the online content, there is a catalog online already of all of the errors.

Okay I’ll check that out first, thanks; I still bet there will be some undocumented though.
