Princeton supplement essay, is it acceptable to mention that this is my first choice?

Taking into account that I will make it relevant to the topic of my essay in some way

Absolutely unacceptable.

They have police out there for these kinds of shenanigans.

And people who get caught get instantly rejected and have emails sent to all their other school saying that they wanted Princeton most…

Seriously though: If relevant, then OK. Would look a little weird if you just mentioned it at the end.

“So that was why that quote meant xyz to me. btw, I want Princeton the mostest!”

@newest newb is it really unacceptable?

@Idiosyncra3y it really is my first choice

sigh and lol

oh my
are you being sarcastic -_____-

just a little… What I say after “seriously though:” is serious… All of what newb said was sarcastic though :)

hahahha
oh
I’d rather not be sarcastic about this matter
but thank you for answering and goodluck in your applications ^_^

I - and from what I have seen of newb, he too - cannot resist the chance to gently mock others  Usually (like here) the sarcasm is so obvious that the truth is apparent… I understand your point though, and sometimes tone is hard to get through text

Good luck to you too.
