<p>it’s by faculty vote, but I think it’s based not just on GPA but also on how many classes you took and their difficulty.</p>
<p>i dont think so. my hunch is gpa (and faculty vote in case of tie). </p>
<p>nobody can really rank course difficulty fairly and without bias.</p>
