@oxfordreject Yes, I know that Brown has confirmed the 26th (in the portal) and the rest will follow
so did everyone else get the email from princeton saying decisions will be out after 7 on march 26
@mororo yes
Did you receive the Email with Dear “your name” or " Princeton Applicant" ?
My name
Did anyone receive Princeton Applicant?
It’s just a mass email, it doesn’t mean anything.
I mean it doesn’t make a difference… Just stay calm… It doesn’t indicate anything.
UofChicago sent an update email a day before the decisions only to few of the RD applicants. Most of us thought it was an indication of our acceptance, but in the end it had no connection. So don’t overthink on this and just wait till 26th.
I got my name too. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t mean anything. Let’s not speculate guys. I’m anxious enough as is.
Does anyone know if Pton interviews for international students are selective? I know that they don’t mean much for domestic students, but does every applicant from every country get interviewed?
@Arushi216 No, not every international student gets interviewed. I did read somewhere that this who are interviewed are interviewed not because they have outstanding applications (which they absolutely might) but more because a Princeton alumni from the area and country was willing and able to conduct an interview in the first place. So I guess in those terms, yes, interviews can be rare for international students.
Yeah. Maybe I’m letting my anxiety get the best of me. Thanks.
Hey guys! Does anyone know how the much or little a good Princeton interview helps an international applicant? A lot of information about application processes pertain more to US citizens so I’d also like to know what helps an international applicant and to what extent.

The feedback from the interviewer is treated like a letter of recommendation. Probably has lesser value than LORs.
I saw since yesterday on Princeton application portal “Withdraw your application” link has gone missing which was always there ever since I applied in Nov 2019. Are you all seeing this link missing since yesterday? Does it mean anything like acceptance?

No. It just means you can’t withdraw your application anymore. I know its an anxious time for all of us, but sorry to tell you that they won’t give any indication about our decisions right now. You have to wait till 26th.
Hey, how many of you have the following quote on your portal? All or a few? Is it an indication?
“If you have a change of address or you’d prefer correspondence from our office be sent to an alternate mailing address than the one you listed on your application, please email uaoffice@princeton.edu.”
Let me know!

I am pretty sure everyone has it.
I’m getting anxious from the waiting, but good luck to everyone! I’m hoping for the best for everyone!
