Eh, I know it’s very early but I think it’s time to pack it up. From extremely anecdotal and untrustworthy evidence, seems the class size is full. And anyway this doesn’t feel healthy ://

pretty sure the first wave came out yesterday. saw around 4-5 people post about getting off around noon EST and i’m pretty sure it’s real
so true – are we thinking there will be more waves
probably. refer to OkEggs post on a2c reddit about waitlist calls. they called princeton admissions office and they said “Princeton: Called on 5/20. Princeton has taken students off recently, and they will take people off until the end of June. She’s not too sure how many students they will take off but the counselor who picked up estimates it won’t go past double digits.” surely this means there will be waitlist acceptances on the higher end of double digits?
Having watched WL movements for over a decade, what is most likely is that WL movement will be determined by currently enrolled students deciding not to attend in the fall – choosing gap years, getting off a WL at a preferred school, illness, etc. So they really don’t know the numbers but know from past experience that it won’t be a lot.
