Principles of Management CLEP/Principles of Marketing CLEP

I’m planning on taking at least the Management CLEP in the Fall semester.
What are the best ways to prepare for these exams? I’m currently under the impression these are two exams I can just memorize dozens of flashcards for. I’ve found a few collections of user-submitted flashcards on quizlet but I’m wondering which is the best one, or if there is one I should purchase. I have the book MGMT by Chuck Williams, but reading around 400 pages seems unnecessary for this exam. This is especially considering that I think the material is extremely boring. I (obviously) like it when things are easy, but this “subject” is ridiculous.

A couple of questions: why are you waiting until the fall to take this exam? If you think it is so easy, why not take it in the next month or so?

Any flashcards that you find will not represent the actual questions found on the exam! They allow you to see if you know the subject matter (the scope and the depth). If the book you mention is on the list of references on the CLEP website for this exam, I would recommend checking it out. Remember, this exam represents what is typically taught in a semester’s college course. Some people will do well without any studying, but these are typically adult learners who have work experience in the subject.

Have you used google to see if there are any other suggestions/study resources mentioned for this exam?

-So I can study over the Summer. And even if the worst case scenario becomes a reality and I fail them and have to wait another 6 months, It’d still be in time to graduate.

-Because I don’t have to. See the answer to the first question (or first part of your question).

By “represent,” what exactly do you mean? Hopefully you didn’t mean the obvious.

Yes, and there are many options. I just want to use my time wisely.
