When I click to preview my app, a popup comes up and the PDF file is one page of NOTHING. Absolutely blank.

Everything is filled in just fine. Anyone else have this problem? Any way to get around this glitch?

it doesnt work for me either! i wonder if this is bad.

Aaaaaaa…

SAME!

well actually, this is good because it means it’s not one person’s fault. gotta be like a NU thing.

I’m going to send them an email telling them that. so if they open up a blank application when they go to read it…it wasn’t my problem i guess.

but we can submit the application tomorrow too right???

you’ve got to wait… like really wait… i thought there was something wrong as well initially so i left it there for like 5 mins and viola, everything turned up… 17 pages… it’s about 1.5MB when I saved a copy on my hard disk

^waited 15 minutes and nothing happened…

did anyone send it when the print preview was blank? mine is and i just want to send it but i’m scared it won’t show up there also.

This is really really bad! I can’t even check to see if my essays fit…ahhh

I wrote them an email and went ahead and sent it. And then I fed-exed them a hard copy…just in case. =)
Although you probably don’t have to go through all of that since obviously a lot of people are having trouble w/it.

I emailed them about it (blank print preview) because mine was like that too, and this is what they told me:

“Thank you for contacting us. I am sorry you have experienced difficulty
printing a copy of your application. Rest assured that we are receiving
complete applications and that the formatting is correct in the documents
we view.”

i don’t know if this helps?
