Print Preview on commonapp showing more than what is on the form

<p>I clicked print preview on the commonapp website to send my Stanford’s app but apparently there are some questions on their that I was not asked to fill out:</p>

<p>Do you intend to apply for need-based financial aid?  Yes  No
Do you intend to apply for merit-based scholarships?  Yes  No
Do you intend to be a full-time student?  Yes  No
Do you intend to enroll in a degree program your first year?  Yes  No
Do you intend to live in college housing? ______________________________
What is the highest degree you intend to earn? _________________________</p>

<p>It is indicated under the future plan section but I couldn’t find it. Is it just me? What should I do?</p>

<p>Stanford has chosen to remove these questions from the common app, so jsut leave it blank. It says so on the small section underneath future plans- READ THE INSTRUCTIONS.</p>
