<p>Hi, does anyone know where I can find a pdf version of the U of C supplement? I have checked the common app. website and the U of C website, but I cannot seem to find it.

<p>I am almost entirely certain that the common app is the lone host of the supplement, which would in turn mean there is no pdf version of it.</p>
<p>I do not think so, for the instructions for the online supplement mention printing out a pdf if you submit it through the mail. The problem is, I do not know where said pdf is…</p>
<p>If you go to the Common App website, you can search for U of C and then proceed to the supplement. From there, click “quick print” to access the pdf. Then save it to your computer and you’re done!</p>

<p>Just go to the supplement page and click on “Print/Print Preview” on the top. It will make a nice, awesome pdf file that you can either save or print.</p>
<p>The PDF file will be filled in with the information you provided, if you don’t want it, just remove all the information from the supplement page and click on print then. I don’t think you can erase male or female selection, one of them will always be checked.</p>
