Printer? And other questions

<p>Do I need to buy a printer for my room? Would that be more convenient that using the computers labs, library, etc. for printing purposes?</p>

<p>If so, what brands/type would you recommend?</p>

<p>Also, would you recommend buying a microwave? I got a single so I was wondering whether I should get on for convenience. But at the same, I’m coming to Duke from across the country, so I don’t want to bring a lot of extra stuff with me. </p>

<p>Don’t bother with the printer - there are eprints everywhere.</p>

<p>A lot of people do bring microwaves, but in my experience, it’s not necessary (every common room has one) and is a hassle to store. Do buy a minifridge, though.</p>
