I’m in the TAP for UCLA but I never understood what they meant by “priority consideration”. Does that mean they’ll…review TAP applications first? Or…what?

i think TAP get first priority, meaning that if a TAP person was on equal terms with a non TAP person, such as GPA, IGETC and Prereq completions, the TAP person would be admitted if only 1 more slot was open.

TAP gives you an edge over all other candidates. It is more so if you are a halfway decent candidate for your major you are most likely going to be admitted.

my cc says 95% of TAP students get accepted to UCLA
