It says my son is a 50 year old woman. I don’t think he’ll be thrilled to learn that…

It doesn’t have me in there, but it does have my husband. It says our house (worth > $1 million) doesn’t have central heating. Unfortunately, everything else is pretty accurate.

My dad is in here, but EVERYTHING except the address is INCORRECT. It says he has a college degree and he does not, VASTLY overestimates the cost of our home, the number of years he’s lived here is twice what they say, and his hobbies are made up.

Mine says that my children are 20, 50 & 60. It had much more wrong than right. It did say our house was worth more than a million. I think I’ll sell it to them.

Kluge --I’m hoping your 50 year old woman/ son likes to knit and watch football, maybe we can hang out together in one of our mansions! (Those are my supposed hobbies, can’t imagine how they were selected as I am far too lazy/impatient to knit, and prefer basketball to football)

So Spokeo is amusing. It lists my home, 2 of my sisters homes and my parents homes as ALL being worth over 1M. HAHAHAHAHA. There might have been a day when the market peaked that my home was close. On paper. But its not close. And the home my folks live in in a retirement community is not, was not, will never be. Neither are my sisters. One sister prides herself in living frugally. She is early 50’s, single, planned well and took early retirement with 30 years at the same employer. She is doing consulting. She would be insulted that her home is listed at over 1M. Other sister, her husband would WANT the false information to stay, thank you very much. I am still giggling.
