<p>PCS, sounds like an interesting job, do these people work less hours than the analyst? I know it’s not as prestigous as an analyst job, but it sounds like you can learn a lot from it. Also do all the major Ibanks have a PCS department, I know Merrill Lynch does, and so does Bears and Stearns. And from the description, it sounds like a great way to meet the “right” people. How much harder is it to break into PCS, as opposed to M&A, Sales and Trading etc? </p>
<p>Also will it get you into a good bschool? Also how does it pay, from undergrad?</p>
