Probably did bad on the SAT agan, not sure if I should take it again or take a subject test.

I took the sat in the beginning of October after preparing, I knew that there was no way that I could get over 600 in critical reading but I felt like I could get at least a 700 in math after taking a few practice tests and scoring in the low to mid 700s. I ended up omitting six questions on the test though, 2 of which i figured out right after stopping the section, I think I am just bad at taking the SAT, even if I got the rest all right which is probably not true that puts me at 650-700.

The thing is I registered for the November SAT as well, I bombed the one in june so badly I wasn’t going to send my scores (got frustrated and omitted half the reading section) but now that I didn’t do so well on this one too I think I will anyways.

So should I just take the November SAT or take a subject test? I’ve taken AP classes and scored well so I can’t be a terrible test taker, however, I wanted to apply to schools like WPI and RPI. What would probably put me at the best chance?

Not all the subject tests are offered in Nov.

How selective is WPI cause a score in the 650-700 range is really not that bad. Hell in some schools you’d be in the 75% percentile
