probation appeal

To whom it may concern,
My name is xxx and I am a General Studies major who, for the past semester, has studied with online courses at Louisiana Delta Community College in Monroe. I was very happy to have been accepted to a Community College as an out-of-state student, but, because of the expenses of the out-of-state tuition, I chose to only take online courses in order to save money. Unfortunately, I found that I was not prepared for the technical issues that would arise upon the constant struggle with my computer. Perhaps I should have taken my previous issues with the same computer into account and stayed with a friend closer to town in order to have access to a library or the school’s resources, or simply purchased a new computer. However, instead of taking these precautions, I mistakenly assumed that I would be able to fix the problem and still save my grades.
I completely accept that I am at fault in my failure to request a teachers help, or act faster on solving the issues. I also accept and agree that your decision to suspend me was well-based and completely understandable. In order to improve, should you allow me to be reinstated, I have, since the beginning of the new year, acquired a new, reliable computer, and a closer place of residency. I have also decided that, if you allow me to return, I will take at least more in-class courses than online in order to ensure my success as well as leave less room for accidents to happen where technology is involved. I would very much like to move forward in my education in hopes of a successful future and I hope that Louisiana Delta Community College will help me achieve my goal. I thank you very much for your time and consideration.
Respectfully,
xxx

Any tips or corrections would be highly appreciated. I would like to get this in as soon as possible.
