Any suggestions for the best one to take? Used to take iflora by Sedona Labs but lately the pills go bad before I have finished the bottle.

Why not just some yogurt and/or kefir?

I take Theralac, supposed to be one of the best.

Kefier is good. My DD drinks that. Her Dr said that the pills aren’t as effective. She takes daily antibiotics for her medical issues.

Biogest by Thorne Research. They have worked well for some of my wife’s patients and I have never heard of them going bad. We had them in our house for years dealing with lingering digestive issues.

I’m taking Nature’s Bounty chewable probiotic. I also eat Greek Yogurt every day. I think it does help.

I like Pearls IC by enzymatic. They don’t need to be refrigerated.

It is my understanding that the ones that are refrigerated are better. While I don’t use the probiotics, the dogs do when on antibiotics! We use NOW brand which are refrigerated.

[Acidophilus 4X6 - 120 Caps - NOW Foods](http://www.nowfoods.com/Supplements/Products-by-Category/Digestive-Support/M003561.htm)

Big Fan of Good Belly Big Shots, they are a mini-yogurt size container that you take as a “shot”. They also have juice, but I think the Big Shots are “stronger”. Great product!

Just go out now and then and play in the dirt.

Thanks to those who suggested products. That’s the info I am looking for
