Hello everyone!

I am new here and registered just now as I have an issue!
First of all, I am International Applicant, and due to the fact that my school system is completely different from the American system (European Baccalaureate), my school counsellor couldn’t complete the online version, as she had to attach an additional document which explains the system of the school.
So because of this, my teachers and school counsellor gave me the completed school forms to send off by mail rather than online, like the rest of my application.

I have a few questions. Although I have read that it is (or was) possible to send the school forms by mail while sending the rest of my application online, is that still possible?
As for my other question, I am applying to six universities, with the University of Chicago being my Early Action choice. However, on the official website of the University of Chicago it says that I cannot submit the school forms personally, as it has to be done through my school. The only trouble is that it is half-term and we have a week off, so the school is closed. I will therefore not have the chance to send my school forms off separately before the 1st November.

Should I just apply regularly rather than early? I want to apply early as I have read that it gives me a better chance of getting in and shows that the university is my first choice.
Should I perhaps contact Chicago and tell them my problem?

Another thing that I am wondering about is how sending the school forms off separately would work. Would I have to send the forms off to every single school? How would the universities get the rest of my application?

Also, if I decided to fill in all of the application, including the school forms, on paper, could I send it off personally rather than via the school? Am I allowed to send the two together? What is the address that I would have to send it to? Would I have to send it separately to every single university?

Thank you in advance!
