Problems in Europe?

<p>For those that think once we have universal healthcare, no Iraq war, higher taxes on the rich, and less reliance on oil our problems will be over, see this article from the New York Times:</p>

<p>France and Germany have all of the above going for them and the middle class is still struggling. Germany is considering " a significant tax decrease".</p>
