Hi everyone!
So… do you have a question?
Hi everyone!
Well, my problem is this one:
I am currently living with three friends near to the campus in a flat we all pay. A few months ago one of this friends told m that her boyfriend was going to stay a “couple of days” with us. But he has been in our house for three months without paying anything. I think that this is an abuse so I discussed this with he other two girls of the flat and they both agreed with me. My mother was upset with this situation also. Finally I decided to talk to the girl I had the problem with, thinking that I had my other two flatmates as a backup. But they didn’t say a word. So I was the bad in the conversation and my flatmate and I started to shout each other, etc… Well it was terrible. Finally we decided to leave him stay at least 2 days a week, but giving us some money.
I also have a problem with my other flatmate. She and I have had problems before because she likes to get mad at me for no reason and stop talking to me for months. Well, before I move to college I heard that she had been telling everybody personal things she heard at my house. I was planning to talk to her about it but then I had to come to college. A month later she called me and told me that she had been accepted in college too, but she didn’t have were to live. So I decided to leave her live with us thinking that I would talk to her in other moment. The thing is that right now we talked about what she did and we decided to stop being friends, but anyway she is giving me problems and co.planning about everything all the time.
What can I do? Honestly I can’t move out because I have no money and the situation is uncomfortable to me.
Thanks
Sorry about the misspellings… It is my phone
Most leases have language on them defining guests. It will usually spell out how long a guest can stay. An additional resident costs the property owner more in wear and tear and possibly utility costs. Look at your lease. We used to rent to students and had a clause about it.
I didn’t know that… THANK YOU VERY MUCH
