<p>A professional student is someone who attends school continually. They earn multiple degrees. They don’t seem to ever get a job…they continue to go to college.</p>
<p>Re: financial aid…after their bachelors degree, usually they are considered independent students (unless attending law or medical schools…check each school for the details). But this does not guarantee financial aid to cover the costs. In most cases, grad school financial aid is merit based…based on your merit in the field you are pursuing, and come in the form of assistantships, fellowships and such. OR the student simply pays the bills…or takes out loans.</p>
