<p>One of my professors forgot to write the date next to his part of the midterm report. I don’t really think it’s worth going back to him over, and I can’t really imitate his handwriting.</p>
<p>Is it okay if one of the dates is missing on the midterm report section? They were all filled over three days.</p>

<p>I would seriously doubt that there would be any issues. If you are that unsure just call the school.</p>
<p>I would not worry about it, on the common apps midterm grade report 2 of my profs did not write the date and they were in the middle of the group and no schools had a problem with it.</p>
<p>I just ended up writing the date in myself.</p>
<p>Hopefully they don’t find out and throw my application away.</p>
