Professors on strike at 14 Pennsylvania state universities

“Professors at 14 state universities went on strike Wednesday, disrupting classes midsemester for more than 100,000 students after contract negotiations hit an impasse.” …

Complicating student life.

PA already has a very expensive college system. This is not going to help things on the quality side or on the cost side of education. Our students cant afford higher tuition in this state.

It’s so sad to see all the students not in class. I am concerned that the commonwealth is offering some thing to the union that I disagree with: using many more adjuncts, etc etc.
