<p>No but after you finish PROFILE you can print out a form that will aid in filing FAFSA.</p>
<p>I have not heard of a spreadsheet, but the site does include a PDF worksheet that you can print out to help you gather the appropriate information you need before you try to fill out the form on line.</p>
