Profile submitted- how to stay organized for revisions?

<p>Hurray! We’re proud first-timers that survived “The Profile”. Ready to sweep this paperwork back into their files but there are more profiles to submit in Dec, Jan & Feb. We assume we will also have to revise once FAFSA & taxes are completed.</p>

<p>We have a binder with a copy of the Profile, notes and all of the financial documentation as of today. How do you keep this updated & organized for each school and each revision?</p>

<p>After you file your taxes, there should be no more revisions. </p>

<p>The profile you submit this month should be generally the same as the profile you just submitted. Ditto with January if you have to submit it before you have finished your taxes. February “should be” accurate and final.</p>

<p>Keep a file for each school and add the copy of profile/fafsa submitted. Keep a “financial aid” file separate, meant for completing the forms.</p>
