We all know Georgetown is one of the best for IR and its SFS program. However, does Georgetown really offer any top programs outside of the IR-related programs? I’m mostly talking about mathematics, sciences, here

Business is very good and will only get better once the new business school building is completed. ([Undergrad - BSchools](http://bwnt.businessweek.com/bschools/undergraduate/08rankings/))

There are plenty of other strong programs (theology, philosophy, certain languages) but they tend to be clustered in the humanities. The things you mentioned, math and the hard sciences, are certainly not bad, but they currently suffer from a lack of dedicated research facilities (although the medical school provides biology/biochem undergrads with a ton of research opportunities). The new science building will address that, but right now the facilities are what keeps the programs from being better recognized/attracting top faculty.
