ok. i attend a project based learning school. this is either for students who did/do attend one just like me or just anyone who has advice.

i was wondering if i get credit for science (since my school is science based) even though i am not taking any science classes such as chemistry.

will colleges reject me because i do not have those classes or will they take special interest in me because i attended a project based learning school?

The best thing to do is to talk to your GC - they know the details of your curriculum and they know how colleges have viewed it in the past. I’m willing to bet that colleges will take your school’s special program into account when they’re assessing your academic record.

hopefully. and what about projects i did while attending the school? my friends and i will be raising stingrays all next years and will study intelligence? will colleges consider that or not because that was just part of my school’s curriculum?

They will definitely consider it if they know about it. Usually when your school sends your transcript and GC recommendation, they’ll also include a profile explaining what your school’s curriculum is like. You may want to send extra info talking about the projects you’ve done in more detail - it will give them a clearer understanding of your work, and also help to highlight your independence and motivation as a student.
