Oy, I’m dizzy from watching the first episode! An hour is simply not enough time. The check in by Joanna Coles was a joke. One sentence per designer. Yikes. Never saw any of the designs in process, no model fittings. Yikes. I think it’s because there are too many designers to start with. I felt like I was going 100 miles an hour through a scenic route.

That all said, I really liked Anthony Ryan’s look the most. I’m in my mid-50s and I would have worn that look. I agreed with the judge who said they could see it in the office with a jacket over it, and then to evening with the jacket off. I work in a very creative environment and it would be a great work outfit.

So happy that Peach is gone. My goodness her working is boring. I like “her” just not her designs (and I use that word loosely).

Anyone else watching?

I did watch and I actually thought that none of the outfits looked great. My sister said I’m too picky. I thought the winning outfit looked like a bowling shirt from the 80’s with the sleeves cut off and a sheer back. I couldn’t stand Suede during his season and I sure as heck couldn’t stand him during the show on Thursday. I almost want to count up how many times he refers to himself in the third person just for fun. Ugh. Him being on the show is enough of a reason for me to stop watching it I give them one more week to actually impress me with something good enough to compensate for needing to listen to him otherwise I’ll be done watching this season. None of these guys were that great during their season.

I did find it hilarious that Casanova is working for Ivy and that they said neither of them knew they were coming here - really? he’s your employee and you weren’t aware that he was about to take off work for 3 months? No way.
