<p>I’m currently a freshman at a school ranked mid-20s in USNWR (think Tufts, Emory, Wake, USC, etc.) hoping to transfer into Stanford. I know that Stanford overtook Harvard as the most selective school in the country. Does the acceptance rate look like its not going to get better for the next admission year?</p>
<p>Transfer rates are a LOT WORSE than the regular admit rates.</p>
<p>Not sure how many applied but there were a grand total of 29 transfer this year. 20% were allied with the military.</p>
<p>texaspg is correct…OP…transfer acceptance rate for this past year was 1.98%…but that shouldn’t dissuade you from trying to transfer…if that is your dream…</p>
