bump…anyone? ill chance back

Let me be honest with you. Everyone applying to schools you are applying to is just like you. But i would say u have a great chance of getting into all these schools. Your ECs are great, your gpa is nearly perfect, the only thing i would be worried about is that sat. A 2200 for a school like stanford isnt going to stick out that much.
Dont let this be too discouraging, you will get into a GREAT School
CHance me backk plzz

i know i have absolutely no chance compared to the person above, but i can try… right!?
im also a sophomore in high school
im in a couple of clubs, i have a job
all honors classes in freshman year - 90 average
all honors and 2 AP’s during sophomore year - 80 average (1st quarter), 85 average 2nd quarter), 90 average (3rd quarter)
what should i do?
i want ivy league (OBVIOUSLY) but there’s no way…

to acceptmeplz:

As long as you keep taking the most APs/Honors possible, I think you have a shot. Colleges will like to see that you challenge yourself as much as possible. Also, the grades you have aren’t horrible just make sure you get solid scores on ACT/SAT and keep up with your extra-curriculars.

bump…anyone else?

Class schedule/grades/test scores look good, but you have to remember that getting into these top schools is a crapshoot. You have just as good of a chance as any of the top students around the country who apply to these schools. I wouldn’t worry about your SAT score if you think you can get a 34-35 on your ACTs.

im a sophomore stressing about college too, and projected stats dont mean much. im looking at basically the same schools youre looking at, but my GPA is lower. you just have to work hard right now, and youll be fine
