hey for all you’ll people out there that think oooo Prom is life and death important. It isnt. Simple as that. Im not going to my prom nor my high school graduation even though I’m ranked 5th out of 240 students. Its a waste of time. Why waste like 5 hours of my time when I could be at Barnes and Nobles reading books and why spend that 70 bucks when you can spend it on better stuff like AP books…

just think guys… i know it hurts but just try

Many people dont go to prom but who doesnt go to their own graduation.

Yes it may only be high school graduation but ou should respect yourself, school, teachers, and class by showing up and not being such a ■■■■■■.

What else would you seriously be doing for a couple of hours during graduation. Circle jerking? I mean come on…come on seriuosly come on man.
I guess you could be spending your time checking your self out :

I think the original post is a bit tongue-in-cheek.

The reason people go to prom is because it’s going to be fun. :] You get to hang out and dance with your friends for a last time. Talking to the people you love. The reason people go to their graduation is to feel proud what they did, and respect everyone who did their best in everything they do to help you. :] That’s my opinion. xP But if you don’t wanna go then don’t go.

i didn’t want to go to prom. but the guy asked me in such a way that it’s pretty impossible to say no. so i went, and hated it. then there’s graduation, i don’t want to go to that either. i’m graduating early so i don’t feel like i’m really a part of the senior class.

but i do think bondonfire is a ■■■■■■. “just think guys… i know it hurts but just try,” now that’s not very nice.

i think i might go to prom for the experience, but i don’t think it’s anything special. i’ll definitely go to my graduation, which i think is paramount.

Okay. I know not everyone goes to prom. Even if you have a date, why spend the money right? It really comes down to personal choice I suppose. But Graduation?! Come on. Okay, I admit myself that at the beginning of the year I didn’t want to walk in my Graduation. But that was because at my school, we don’t get to wear caps and gowns. Its ■■■■■■■■ and I didn’t want to take their crap. I wanted to protest it. But as the year wore on, I realized that you only graduate from high school once. Some of these people I’ve known for thirteen or fourteen years. And we’re all going to be scattered across the country next year! But I guess its different in Hawaii because we give flower leis and get them piled high up to our noses and can barely see over all of them. Its awesome. Celebrate your accomplishment. Join your class. Graduate.

i dont htink i would miss high school graduation for anything…uve been working up to this point in ur life for a long time and this is the first real thing of any significance,k it marks the first point where u kinda leave the kiddish world =P

Yep! That’s exactly how it is, lol. That’s what I have to look forward to next month. :D
