PROMYS v. Ross

I am deciding between these two programs for this summer, and I have a few questions:

How are the living conditions in the programs? (A/C, sharing rooms, etc.)

Are the programs “paper-and-pencil” oriented, or “computer-usage” oriented?

I play the violin, and it would be nice to have time and rooms in which I can practice… I am very avid (my music pursuits surpass my mathematical pursuits), so this is very important to me. Which program would be more accommodating for this?

I also want to do some work on a number-theory-based research project I have been working on. At which camp do we have more opportunity to work on projects from home?

How are the camps different in what they teach, the learning structure, etc.?

What are some other important differences?

Thanks a lot in advance, I know theres a lot of questions up there… :)
