<p>According to [Voter</a> Information Guide - California Secretary of State](<a href=“http://www.voterguide.sos.ca.gov%5DVoter”>http://www.voterguide.sos.ca.gov), Prop 4 is “the waiting period and parental notification before termination of minor’s pregnancy.”</p>

<p>In other words, it’s parental notification by a physician when a minor decides to have abortion.</p>

<p>What do YOU think about this?</p>

<p>Abusive families may firestorm themselves when the notification comes, other families might not need it, and the wait could complicate the clinical biology.</p>
