Pros and Cons of having upperclassmen as roommates as a freshman?

<p>I’m going to be a freshman this fall and I’m the only freshman in my suite. Pros/cons of this setup?</p>

<p>I would say the pros are that you probably have nicer housing. Are you on south campus? They also already know their way around campus and can presumably help you out with any questions you might have. You will meet a lot of other freshman though your classes that you can go explore the campus with. As long as you are also around underclassmen too, there’s no reason that this should be a problem. It probably wasn’t what you envisioned for your freshman year, but it should be fine.
