<p>No, the 82% is this years acceptance rate. Stop lying to people that come for advice. Any decent applicant will most likely be accepted.</p>
<p>Jayhawk, there’s no need to be either extreme or rude. Right after Katrina, most people came back, so the transfer rate wouldn’t have been enormously changed then even if those numbers were from that time. The credibility of information here is damaged by knee-jerk responses from everyone who makes them.</p>
