Protestant at Franciscan University

I am a potential transfer student and I am trying to decide between Biola, Franciscan, or just staying put. Although I liked Biola a lot, there was something about the people at Franciscan and the familiar charismatic environment that I really loved. My only concern is that it is 97% Catholic, and I have strong convictions of my beliefs (not interested in becoming Catholic). Would students be welcoming/respectful towards Protestants and/or those who do not attend Catholic events, or is there somewhat of a division? Do the majority of staff and students consider being Christian more important than being Catholic or vice versa?

My son will be attending this fall. It is very Catholic (which is what we were seeking, so didn’t bother us). It’s a strong Catholic environment.
