Binghamton has a much higher-quality student than Providence College. In Money Magazine’s Best Colleges for Your Money, Binghamton is ranked #33. Providence is #216. In US News, Providence college isn’t even ranked among national colleges and universities.
Their rankings cannot be compared directly. US News ranks PC in regional universities due to its Carnegie classification.
There is no difference between Bing, PC, or Fordham for the purpose of law school admission.

If Bing and Providence are both the same net cost, then choose on whether you want a Catholic university or one of the strongest public universities in your state.
