Hi, I was wondering how a person would go about providing supplemental information to a college regarding personal projects or independent study work.

I am considering going into a program for hospitality management, and am currently working on a personal project which involves creating a restaurant business plan geared towards investors. This will be a full and thorough assessment which will have an executive summary and company description. Included will be detailed market analysis of industry, competition, business operation, strategic advertising, and of course, funding.
All research will be done my me, and I will also do all graphic design work for the layout of the plan.

It is imperative that I include such projects because I don’t have too many extracurricular activities. This is mainly because my school offers useless, mundane groups which hold no interest to me. I am only involved in speech and debate, and I refuse to join any other groups “for application purposes” if they are completely impertinent to my goals.

My main question is, how do I submit this project to universities for consideration? Should I send them a link to an uploaded version of my plan, or do I send a hard, paper copy?
Has anyone had similar experience with providing supplements?

Thanks in advance, any help would be greatly appreciated!
