<p>The ‘Report Changes’ form states -</p>
<p>No decision will be made regarding the fulfillment of your provisional contract for admission until we receive your final official high school transcript.</p>
<p>My son has one D in fall semester though all other grades are very strong in fall. He balanced his workload spring semester & worked hard. His current grade in the same subject is B.</p>
<p>Would a letter explaining his situation help to get the ‘provisions met’ green flag from UCSD before May 1 or we will have to wait until end of July or August to hear their decision?</p>
<p>We are really struggling whether to go safe with UCI or risk with UCSD. Please share your experiences with such situations.
