<p>For the poor and out of state kids (and I guess smart?)… did your provost award go from 8k to 15k? I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this but I felt this has to be an error…</p>
<p>I don’t know about the provost award, but my financial aid package also changed to adjust for the $1522 increase in CoA.</p>
<p>Yes adjusting to an increase in CoA is normal but a near double in a scholarship is not…</p>
<p>No worries, my Provost award increased on 7/6 by $6,500.</p>
<p>I went from a 5,000 dollar unsubsidized loan to it being subsidized, an 800 dollar grant became 1200 dollars, and I went from no need based scholarship money to 1,000 dollars of scholarships! I lucked out.</p>
