PS early deadline

<p>Heard today at Connect with Tech: ~1500 apps came in by the new Oct. 1 deadline. People still have until Oct. 31 for PS, like last year.</p>

<p>will my app be considered with those ones, the last item was postmarked before Oct. 1 but wasn’t processed until Oct. 3?</p>

<p>I think they go by when it was postmarked, not when it was processed.</p>
