If your student requested an absentee ballot and hasn’t received it, start calling the voter registrar for your county. Daily, if necessary. Yes, it is possible that any given ballot was lost in the mail, but if they are getting dozens of calls a day for missing ballots, there is a problem.
We do voting by mail here, and we just got our ballots today. Out of Town/country ballots wouldn’t be received yet.
