PSAT and National Merit Scholarships

<p>I’ve been looking through the National Merit Scholarship Program website but can’t find information about US citizens living abroad, for instance what is the Selection Index for this group, and how many students might be recognized as Finalists in a given year.</p>

<p>Has anyone found this information? I couldn’t find an email contact at the NMSP website…</p>
