**PSAT Discussion Thread 2015**

Last time, I used SAT data (2014 and 2015) to interpret my estimate.

This time, I use PSAT data (2012,2013 and 2014) to estimate cutoff for TX then you can use same way to predict cutoff for your state

Past PSAT cutoff for each state

from page 3, we can see for TX cutoff fall to top 3rd of 99%tile next to lowest 99+%tile of 2012 PSAT

from page 3, we can see for TX cutoff fall to high middle 3rd of 99%tile next to lowest 99+%tile of 2013 PSAT

from page 3, we can see for TX cutoff fall to top 3rd of 99%tile next to lowest 99+%tile of 2014 PSAT

2015:https://collegereadiness.collegeboard.org/pdf/2015-psat-nmsqt-understanding-scores.pdf
from page 11, we can see for TX cutoff will be at top 3rd of 99%tile next to lowest 99+%tile of 2015 PSAT

My conclusion - in order to qualify for NMF in Texas- based “top third group in 99%tile, next to the lowest group in 99+%tile”. One should have SI at 210 up to 213

Again, Please, do not take my opinions or conclusions seriously since I am junior in HS and if you follow my posts you would see things like “my methods or my ways of estimate have many flaws” or " an estimate is an estimate. My Guess is as good as or as bad as anybody’s". I am not a CB official
