So D20 took SAT in October and December. She now has a Super score of 1400. But she also took PSAT in October and got a 1420. Isn’t this odd? Shouldn’t she be able to score a little higher on SAT than PSAT? Anyone else like this? She will take the SAT one more time. She does not do as well on the ACT.
Normal variance is normal. The PSAT is designed to approximate the SAT score you’d get if you took them both at the same time for people who aren’t already at the top end of the PSAT score distribution.
