PSAT scholar?

I received a 189 on my 2008 PSAT. I am a junior in HS and I was wondering if this qualifies me for any award. I know I won’t be any sort of finalist, but how’s this score?

The score is very good, but it won’t qualify you for any national merit recognition. Are you an under-represented minority (URM) by chance?

Congratulations on your score. If you’re African-American or Hispanic, the score may qualify you for the National Achievement Scholarship Program or the National Hispanic Recognition Program, respectively. You’ll find out for sure in September. In the meantime, here’s a link with some more information about the various programs.

No I’m not a URM

That is a good but not great score. You can improve your chances for the University of Florida if you take an SAT review course before you take the SAT.

Good Luck.

Go Dawgs!! (sorry I just had to say it)

213 and I’m a sophomore

^^We can tell.

don’t hate =]
