I am FREAKED OUT. We get our scores tomorrow…I did decently well last year as a sophomore, so I’m PRAYING it doesn’t drop. Also, I never did get this e-mail from the collegeboard congratulating me on taking the PSAT…should I be worried??? I know for sure I signed up for the updates and college emails or whatever!

Sophomore:

CR: 77 (-2)
M: 69 (-3, omit 1)
W: 69 (-3)

Total: 215

I’m pretty happy with the result, considering I had no time to study prior to the test. I made some really dumb mistakes in math that I’m really kicking myself for, though.

I did horribly. Scoring in the 230’s during test prep, got a 206 on the test. And I’m a homeschooled11th grader. And

63 CR ( 10 wrong, just WTH!) Bombed that section. Guess i hate passages.

72 Math (3 wrong, 2 were grid-ins) Not too bad, could have done better.

71 Writing (1 wrong, 1 omitted) WTH kinda curve is this???

Because I’m AA, I will probably get the National Achievement Semi-Finalist. (Thanks fellow brothers for not trying lol jk)

My daughter also got a 212 (Texas as well). I know that last year’s cutoff was 219 for Texas, but it was 215 the year before. Several factors determine the cutoff. Remember that 212 is 99th percentile, and that is a major indicator of NMSF status.

CR 67 (-7) dumb mistakes.
M 61 (-8, 2 omitted) Aarrgh!
W 76 (-1)

Why is math so much harder for me than it is for everybody else on CC?!!
Oh well… I wasn’t really expecting to make California’s cutoff. Plus, I didn’t get to take the PSAT my sophomore year so this was my first time taking the test. At least I’ll be commended… Hardcore studying for the SAT starting now!

CR: 80
M: 77
W: 80

TOTAL: 237!! :D

Ahh I am so happy, I’m pretty sure I got the highest score at my school, and by far!

Does anybody know the lowest score to get into the 99th percentile in Arizona this year?
