What are the NSO dates for intl students?
I got into penn state Abington 
NSO for intl students is usually in August, right before the semester starts. But NSO dates should be released next week
any waitlist news?
I got into Lehigh valley and I do not want to go there. is the any way to appeal to University Park?
@anshikka did you put an alternate campus choice? Maybe that’s why they placed you there. Not sure about appeals though

What grounds would you have? " I want to attend Up " doesn’t qualify.
Basically UP is full.
I guess you could try to request Greater Allegheny or Dubois or such but I’m guessing you were placed at the campus closest to you home. If not and you have a comfortable campus, that’s be grounds for appeal for that commutable campus, but not for UP.
At UP, I’m not certain but there MIGHT be a few spots left in the college of education and in the college of agriculture but even that is not sure at all since we’re less than two weeks before the national reply deadline.
What are your other choices?
@anshikka You can’t appeal the UP decision at this point, but you can probably switch to a different alternative campus. As of last week, they were still accepting students at Altoona and there was room in the girls dorms. Men’s dorms were wait listed. Not sure if Harrisburg or Behrend still have room but those three are really the three biggest campuses other than UP.
I’m still waiting to hear back from the waitlist for DUS. any perspective on what I should expect to hear??

Which is better atherton hall or Simmons hall??
Personal preference. Atherton is slightly more centrally located and houses the Schreyer offices downstairs. Simmons is bigger and has the GLOBE, a special living option. Atherton has a computer lab. Both have laundry rooms, pianos, rec rooms, TV lounges. https://www.shc.psu.edu/life/housing/

@bodangles How to select atherton hall in eliving? I see only Schreyer Honors college under SLO.
P.S: I am an incoming SHC scholar.
@Zepodes What happens if you select that Schreyer Honors College option? It’s been a while (after freshman year you literally get to pick what specific room you’re in), but if I recall correctly Atherton/Simmons might be a choice you make on a later page of the process.
@bodangles nothing happens after I select Schreyer Honors College option, it just asks for your 2nd choice. And in the same SLO, there are also choices like Simmons/Atherton non-scholar resident and Schreyer Honors College:GLOBE(i am not interested in shc globe).
After this section, only meal plan comes and the acceptance of the contract. So should I just choose Schreyer honors college?

when is the deadline to accept/decline financial aid awards?
