There’s a religious teaching that there’s more evil than good in the world. But that good is stronger, so practice good. The Catholicd, Buddhists, and more have variants on this. So, go do some good. Consciously.
Imo, we need to talk less about what’s wrong and get active doing what we know is right. That’s not suffering, codependency, or being used. It’s just giving of yourself, even small. And an attitude. A little humility.

If I can say this: I’m not crazy about the number of “life’s awful” threads, with some link to some media something that may not fully explain or come close to being authoritative. It’ often seems just a foccus on bad news.
The ‘media obscure’ article of the day to prove the ‘ain’t it awfuls’ are the best approach to life.
